A MEETING of the Soldiers and Sailors was held last night at the office of Col. Oneal to make arrangements to take part in to-morrow's parade, in Cincinnati. A committee on music and finance was appointed. The following officers were elected: Colonel, Richard Evans; Lieutenant-Colonel, Adam Gelswein; Major, T. C. Price; Captain, A. M. Lowell; First Lieutenant, John Crain; Sergeant, John Gillighan.
