In the County Court yesterday, Richard Evans was appointed adminstrator de bonis non of Samuel J. Hemingray, deceased, and gave bond with R. Hemingray as surety. This morning Col. C. P. Wilcox was allowed $45 for services as Special Commissioner to settle with J. F. Lowe, late Sheriff of Kenton county.
