Eagle Pottery Sold.

The Eagle pottery property on North Clinton avenue has been sold by Receiver Edward Robert Walker to Jas. Tams, of the Greenwood pottery and Greenwood China Company. The price paid for the pottery plant proper was $12,500, and for the adjoining property $13,185. In addition, Mr. Tams will have to pay $2,939 back taxes due on the plant. There is due on the lot in mortgage, interest and taxes $13,813, so that the price paid is only $2 in excess of the claims outstanding against the property.
