WILL ERECT A LARGE PLANT

Star Porcelain Company Decides to

Increase Its Facilities

The Star Porcelain Company has decided to erect a much larger plant on a plot adjoining the ruins of the Craft Bow Factory fronting on Muirhead avenue. The Star firm is composed of Dr. C. P. Britton, Dr. Thomas H. MacKensie and H. Sinclaire.

A contract has been given out for the erection of two buildings 130x130 feet each and three stories in heighth. Two large kilns are already being erected by Contractor Snow and will be in readiness as soon as the plant is completed, which will probably be late in the fall.

The large structure will be constructed mostly of brick and stone and the interior will be fire proof. The building will be of a modern type, with all up-to-date improvements.
