Personals. Mrs. Cannie Ford's luncheon yesterday was a most charming affair. The ladies were all in beautiful street toilets. Miss Cannie was assisted by her sister, Miss Augusta, both in stylish gowns. The flowers used were the violets, and so abundantly were they used that the air was laden with their perfume. The table was very artistic, the beautiful center piece was in the same dainty hue as were the candles and bonbons. The guest cards had violets tied to them with ribbons of the same color, and over the table the violets were scattered in profusion. The guests were Miss Edna Hume, Miss Camilla Shinkle, Miss Sallie Morgan, Miss Mattie Lee Mannen, Miss Helen Underwood, Miss Henrietta Bailey, Miss Collins, Miss Susan Simons, Mrs. True Sellers and guest, Miss Hunter, of Louisville. · · |
