Findlay, Ohio, February 8 — The United States Electric Porcelain Company is preparing to remove its plant to New Cumberland, W. Va., a meeting of the Directors to-day deciding upon that move, because the present plant cannot be purchased from the Bell Pottery Company, located at Columbus, and in the hands of two receivers. The plant here employs 75 persons.
