EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio, May 23. — That all but one of the porcelain companies here have been consolidated became public today by this filing of deeds at Lisbon, Ohio, transferring for a nominal consideration the properties to the General Porcelain company, incorporated in New Jersey.
