GETS INCORPORATION ARTICLES

 

The E. D. Freeman Electric Porcelain Company filed articles of corporation in the office of the county clerk yesterday afternoon. The principal office and place of business will be at 100 Hamilton avenue. The capital stock is placed at $25,000 and business will be commenced with $2 - 400 paid-up shares at $100 each. Lambert Alpaugh holds 10 shares, Howard B. Outcalt 12 shares, and Edgar D. Freeman, 2 shares.
