Noah W. Boch, manager of the Artistic Porcelain Company at West End avenue and Murray street, filed a petition in bankruptcy yesterday in the United States District Court, with liabilities amounting to $20,162.67, and assets of $2,800

The secured claims amount to $3,399, and unsecured claims, $10,753,89. He owes $500 to employes. The assets represent machinery and tools in the plant. The Skillman Hardware Company hold secured claims on the plant and machinery to the amount of $7,500.

Artistic Porcelain Co. was located at opposite end of Trenton on the southeastern end at Chambers and William Streets.
