EAGLE POTTERY RECEIVERSHIP

Order Paying Taxes and Fixing

the Fees.

 

Vice Chancellor Reed today filed his opinion in the receivership of the Eagle Pottery Company on suit of John B. Reilly ordering the receiver Edwin Robert Walker, to settle up taxes due, and designating his fee as well as that of the receivers counsel John Backes.

Mr. Walker is granted $250 for his services and Mr. Backes . . . [illegible text] . . .. The mortgage is liable to contribute $400 of the expenses of administering the affairs of the insolvent corporation.
