John B. Reilly, a heavy creditor, through Counsellor John H. Backes, secured from Vice Chancellor Reed this morning an order requiring the other creditors of the Eagle Pottery Company to present to the receiver, Edwin Robert Walker, their claims and demands against the pottery within two months from today, or be excluded from the benefit of such dividends as may hereafter be declared upon the effects of the corporation.
