One man believed dead in fire at the Adamant Porcelain Company

EAST LIVERPOOL. — One man is believed dead and $100,000 damage was caused early today, as a result of a fire of undetermined origin which swept the Adamant Porcelain Company's five kiln plant, and the homes of Mrs. Ellen and Joseph Hester. David Mumax, 60, night watchman, is missing. It is believed he was trapped by the flames. The company was working on war orders.
