Options Expired.

 

East Liverpool, O., Feb. 3. — There is reason to believe that the third attempt to form a combination of potteries of the Ohio valley and of plants located in the Ohio and Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia district will fail. Options which were secured on a number of plants throughout the country, including the Bell pottery of Columbus, have expired.
