New Furnace at Elmer.

Elmer, N.J., Aug. 27. - The Novelty Glass Works, which have been operated since March 1, shut down Saturday and have begun repairs and the building of a new furnace. They will doubtless start up again just as soon as the needed repairs can be made. They were operating on jar lids, and expect to start the furnace on a patent insulator.
