DOMINION GLASS CO.

The directors of the Dominion Glass Co., Montreal, Canada, have declared a quarterly dividend of 1 1/2 per cent on the common stock, payable January 2 to stock on record December 15. On the preferred stock, a dividend of 1 3/4 per cent was declared. It is payable on January 2 to stock of record December 15.
