GLASS FACTORY ASSIGNS

N. D. Eller, trustee for the Lynchburg Glass Works, of Lynchburg, Va., under date of May 11, issued a notice to the creditors announcing that the company had executed a general deed of assignment to the trustee on May 5 for the benefit of its creditors ratably, except where a creditor was at the time of the execution of the deed entitled to preference by law. The trustee announces that there are no known preferences except for taxes.

By the terms of the assignment the trustee is required to sell the corporate property as a whole, at public auction to the highest bidder, after due notice has been given.

The plant is equipped with two continuous tanks and used machines in the production of flint jellies, soft drink and prescription bottles.
