Dominion has Placed an Order for a Chapman-Stein Recuperator

SECOND RECUPERATOR TO BE

INSTALLED BY FEBRUARY 1

The Dominion Glass company at Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, has recently placed an order for an additional Chapman-Stein recuperator to be used in conjunction with one of their Owens revolving pot furnaces.

The first recuperator was installed about ten months ago on a similar revolving pot furnace. This was so satisfactory with respect to both fuel economy and temperature control that they have decided to equip their second revolving pot furnace with this type of recuperator.

The Chapman-Stein company of Mt. Vernon, O., will also make this second installation. They expect to have it completed by February 1st.
