Visits to Los Angeles, Long Beach and San

Francisco, California.

Through the writer carrying out his duties as one of your representatives to the American Federation of Labor Convention, held at Portland, Oregon, last October, advantage was taken of the opportunity to visit Los Angeles and San Francisco branches, the glass plants in those cities and the firms operating them. These are the Co-operative, in which quite a number of our members are financially interested, and where Mr. W. C. Blank is president and general manager; the McLaughlin Glass Company, of which Mr. William McLaughlin, long a member of the Association, is president and general manager;
