AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURERS DIVIDEND

Australian Glass Manufacturers, Ltd., Melbourne, has declared a dividend of 9 per cent. per annum on its perferred stock for the last half of its fiscal year, and an interim dividend of 10 per cent. on common stock for the same period.
