Corning workers to go to Wellsboro, PA plant

AMONG THE FACTORIES

A force of engineers, their assistants and other workmen in the experimental department of the Corning Glass Works plant, Corning, N.Y., will shortly be transferred to the company's plant at Wellsboro, Pa., to engage in experimental work; according to a recent announcement. This limited operation of the Wellsboro factory is expected to begin as soon as necessary repairs to one of the furnaces have been completed.
