EXCELLENT PROGRASS AT FRYS
Operations at the H. C. Fry Glass Co., Rochester, Pa., continue excellent. The Beaver Valley plant, making blown glassware, continues to work full, and a large tank and an 18-pot furnace are active at the Fry factory. Weekly payrolls in November were the largest for four consecutive weeks in five years. Orders are coming in well and sales have increased at the rate of 15 per cent. each month since August. Financially, it is reported, the company is in very good shape under the management of the receivers.
