A large number of the intimate friends of both parties assembled last evening at the residence of Capt. Isaiah W. Richardson, on West Third street, to witness the nuptials of his eldest daughter, Miss Ida, a lovely and accomplished young lady, to Mr. John F. Blumenstiel, a popular young business man of this city, senior partner of the firm of Blumenstiel & Richardson. The bride was most becomingly attired in a dress of wine-colored silk, the groom in the conventional black, and very happy and properly so did both appear. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. H. Felix, pastor of the First Baptist Church. The young couple will sensibly spend their honeymoon in this city, among their many friends.
