The distinguished artiste, Mrs. Breckinridge, with her friend Mrs. Sterritt, is engaged in the practice of the "new art" called Limogies [sic] Limoges. This art has been exciting much attention in Cincinnati lately. Miss McLaughlin, of that city, has the credit of having re-discovered this — one of the lost arts. Miss Lide Matthews, we underestand, is succeeding admirably in this work, and receives our congratulations, and we hope soon to see her substantial, excellent work, which we are very sure will be like some of her striking characteristics, very beautiful to admire.
