INFLUENZA SITUATION

THROUGHOUT STATE

SPREAD OF DISEASE NOTED IN

RURAL DISTRICTS.

Muncie —Reports late Tuesday showed the existence in Muncie of fifty cases of influenza, with only one new case reported for the preceding twenty-four hours. Health authorities believe the malady will show a decided decrease from this time on. Conditions in Delaware county outside the city are about stationary, with a slight indication of improvement, the cases numbering about 400. The Delaware county health commission has completed its organization with Chas. A. Wood as chairman; Dr. N. D. Berry, vice-chairman, and Mrs. Ralph G. Hemingray, secretary.
