IMPROVEMENTS AT WHITALL-TATUM PLANTS

Extensive improvements, including the erection of several new buildings, are soon to get under way at the Whitall-Tatum Co.'s plants in Millville, N. J. The improvement program, involving an estimated expenditure of $400,000, calls for the replacing all frame buildings at the two factories with brick and concrete structures. New and improved equipment is to be installed and general changes in the yard layout are planned. A new sprinkling system is being installed in each of the plants at present.
