THE LOCKE INSULATOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY, of Victor, N. Y., has broken ground for a two-story addition to its plant, 59 ft. x 150 ft. It is also erecting two very large size porcelain kilns in addition to the present equipment. This addition to the plant is following out the company's annual practice almost since the erection of the pottery, and the additions are becoming larger each year.
