It is stated that the Hemingray and Ball plants, of this city, have decided to follow the example of the McBeth-Evans plant in Marion, and erect producer gas plants. The change will hardly be made soon, however, as the gas pressure at each of the these factories is entirely satisfactory, and promises to remain so for an indefinite period.
