RESEARCH DIRECTORS MEET IN CORNING
The Directors of Industrial Research held a two-day meeting at Corning, N. Y., May 29 and 30, as guests of the Corning Glass Works. Business sessions of the group, which is headed by Dr. C. L. Reese, of the E. I. DuPont de Nemours Co., were held rather informally over the weekend. The entertainment program included an inspection tour of the Corning Works and the new Fall Brook tubing plant. The evening of May 29 the visitors were guests of Corning Glass Works officials at a dinner in the Baron Steuben Hotel.
