FRED M. LOCKE DEAD
Fred M. Locke, inventor of the porcelain insulator and oven glass, died at his home in Victor, N. Y., on April 15. He was 69 years old. Mr. Locke retired from active business in 1904, devoting all his time to laboratory work. Four sons survive.
