The cards of invitation for the Timberlake - Hemingray wedding are very neat, indeed, and read as to-wit:

"Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Timberlake request the pleasure of your company at the marriage of their daughter Wednesday evening, April 25th, at eight o'clock, St. Paul's church, Newport, Ky., 1877."

And enclosed in the same envelope are the individual cards of "Nannie Timberlake" and "Robert Hemingray."

May their matrimonial life be as happy as their cards are spotless.

We have it that the bridal outfit in dresses is very grand and extensive, consisting of in all of eighteen fine dresses with the proper accompaniments, the bridal trousseau and another special dress accompanying it, costing $400 for the making only. The other dresses are of the finest silk, and are composed of two shades of each color. The outfit is being made up we believe in New York. The wedding promises to be a brilliant affair.
