GAYNER CLOSES TEMPORARILY
The Gayner Glass Works, Salem, N. J., closed down August 3 to permit of making necessary repairs to manufacturing equipment. It is expected that operations will be resumed, in part at least, before September 1. Rumors that the plant was to be closed indefinitely or was to be sold were denied empathetically by officials of the company.
