OBITUARY.
Becoming suddenly ill while in New York from an attack of appendicitis, J. A. Sanford, an official of the R. Thomas & Sons pottery, East Liverpool, O., was removed to his home and died soon after reaching there. He had been with the firm four years. He was a native of Ware, Mass., and was formerly located in New York.
