L. E. Durholt has been named manager of Hemingray Insulator sales of the American Structural Prod­ucts Company, Toledo. He will be responsible for insulator business cover­ing sales to communications and power customers. Mr. Durholt replaces Minot Holmes, who will retire shortly.
