The case of the National Insulator Company vs. Frederick O. Raymond was an action to recover the value of 20,000 insulators, said to be worth $40 per 1000. Defence [sic] Defense, that the defendant attached the goods as a deputy sheriff on a writ and sold the same on an execution. Verdict of $1,030 for plantiff. S. D. Charles for plaintiff; Moody & Bartlett for defendant.
