HIS LIBEL DISMISSED.

James G. Pennycuick Must Get New Grounds for Divorce.

James G. Pennycuick's libel for divorce, charging various acts of cruelty on the part of his wife, which was heard Tuesday and yesterday, was dismissed at the close of the arguments.

This libel has been dismissed twice before "without prejudice." This time there is a prejudice implied. The libel cannot be brought again on the same grounds and sustained by the same testimony. Mr. Pennycuick alleged various acts of cruelty on the part of his wife.

The feature of yesterday's testimony was the introduction of a love letter alleged to have been written by Mr. Pennycuick to Mrs. Ada White, which got into his wife's hands through being returned from the dead letter office.
