The Concord Gas & Oil Company was incorporated at Muncie, Ind., February 4, with capital stock $50,000. William Flinn of Pittsburg, is president, M. K. McMullen, of Pittsburg, vice president: Ralph C [sic] G. Hemingray, of Muncie, secretary and treasurer. Other members of the company are T. H. Given, of Pittsburg and John C. Gray amd C. J. [sic] J.C. Bartling of Muncie. The company will operate in the field around Muncie.
