DEATH OF MRS. HEMINGRAY.

Mrs. Ralph Hemingray died at 3:30 yes­terday at her home in Muncie, Ind., after a lingering illness. A husband and two daughters, Llewellyn and Carroll, survive. She was the daughter of the late Major Thomas A. Matthews, of Coving­ton, and sister of Mrs. D. M. Massie, of Chillicothe, O., Miss Lida Matthews and Louis Matthews, of Covington.

The funeral will be held from the resi­dence of her mother, Mrs. L. S. Mat­thews, 519 Greenup street, Covington, at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
