The Boys Struck

 

Muncie, Ind., May 8. — All the boy helpers at the Hemingray glass factory, numbering 125, went out on a strike Monday afternoon, demanding an increase of 20 cents a day. The company refused to grant the increase, and the entire factory is closed, throwing 250 men out of work. The sticking-up boys receive 70 cents a day wile the carrying-in boys receive 80 cents.
