There is joy in the household of Col. Amos Shinkle this morning. Mrs. Bradford Shinkle Presents Mr. Peter Shinkle with a great-grandson, a bouncing pretty boy.
A friend of Col. Amos perpetuates the following which is too good to be lost.
"Twinkle, twinkle, little Shinkle,
Some one come and name us;
In our forehead there's a wrinkle
That makes us look like grandpa Amos."
