A dispatch dated Cincinnati, January 26, says: The circuit court today dismissed the suit of the Bell Pottery Co., to break up the pottery trust. The Bell company alleged that the trust was illegally crowding out competitors. The suit was lost because the trust's directors had not been properly served. About fifteen potteries in Ohio are involved.
