SPRINGFIELD, ILL. November 20. — The Secretary of State to-day licensed the following corporations:

The Chicago Insulating Company, of Chicago; captial $200,000. Incorporators — E. J. Ogden, R. S. Critchell and W. Richardson.

The Broadway & Treyer Bill-Posting Company of Chicago; capital stock, $25,000. Incorporators — Morris D. Broadway, George A. Treyer and Harris E. Treyer.

The Galva Homestead and Loan Association of Galva, in the county of Henry; capital stock, $500,000. Incorporators --- George W. Hough, W. Lorenzo, Wiley J. E. Norling, J. F. Boyd, G. W. Mabrey and Henry Aking.

The Sherwood Manufacturing Company, of Chicago; capital stock $20,000. Incorporators — Henry M. Sherwood and Henry D. Bean.
