PALMYRA. Work Soon to Be Begun Upon a Branch of the Northwestern Railway. PALMYRA, Wis., Oct. 14. — A new railway connection, a branch of the Northwestern, was lately surveyed, taking in Whitewater, Hebron, Rome and Oconomowoc. Work will soon be begun. Prof. and Mrs. C. B. Clarke of Lincoln, Neb., were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell of Hebron Thursday. Mrs. Will Clarke and son started for their home in Vernon, mich. Mrs. M Toal of Dourata, Cal., was the guest of Mrs. R. J. Washburne. Mrs. C. Carey has gone to Evansville. After a week's stay at Palmyra springs, the guest of Mrs. Ina Powers, Miss Flora Brown has returned to Wilkesburg, Pa. Mrs. E. Hulce of Richmond was appointed to fill her deceased husband's unexpired term as director in the Farmer's Insurance company of that town. Arrivals at Palmyra Springs hotel and Sanitarium: E. L.
