Abandons a $150,000 Suit.

Muncie, Ind., May 16. — Special Telegram. — C. H. Over returned here from Indianapolis today and reports that he dismissed the $150,000 damage suit against the Lake Erie and Western Railway Company, which has been pending in the United States Court. Three years ago Mr. Over's window glass factory burned, igniting the Hemingray Glass Works, which burned with it. The total loss was over $200,000. It was claimed that a spark from a Lake Erie and Western switch engine fired the building. The suit was pushed by over twenty insurance companies who were the losers. The work of taking evidence was begun when the bottom of the suit suddenly dropped out.
