A half dozen houses and barns were struck by lightning, but no one was injured. The Hemingway [sic] Hemingray glass factory was damaged nearly $1,000, and the C. Hoover [sic] C. H. Over window-glass works were also damaged. White River, which was out of its banks Saturday and Sunday, rose six feet in as many hours, and tonight is still rising.
