The National Glass Company will soon be organized with a capital of $12,000,000. Six of the concerns that will be brought together in the new company are Whitall, Tatum & Co. of New York and Philadelphia; the Brookfield Glass Works, of Brooklyn; Moore Brothers' Glass Works, of Clayton, N. J.; the Cumberland Glass Works, of Bridgeton, N. J.; the Salem Glass Works, of Salem, N. J., and H. C. Fox & Sons, of Philadelphia, Pa.
