Judge Tuley enetered a decree dissolving and closing up the business of the Chicago Insulating Company on a bill filed by the Leonard Glass Works. In June, 1886 the complainant recovered judgement in the Superior Court against the Chicago Insulating Company for $7,476. Some of the stockholders paid into court $6,360.75 and there is now due complainant, including expenses of litigation, $3,626.92. Outside of liability of stockholders, the assets of the Insulating company does not exceed $25. The court finds that the following stockholders are liable on account of their stock for the sums mentioned: Thomas Sanford, $245; T. T. Olover, $345; H. Dwight, $490; John S. Williams, $11,024.50; A. E. Newbury, $245; Charles H. Colburn, $1,150; F. P. Rosback, $145; William Richardson, $490; F. S. Basset, $4,400; O. M. Wells, $130; Susan R. Fay, $490; Wm. H. Sharp, $1,200, and Henry W. Leman, $340. As to whether James P. Marsh and A. H. Hovey are liable on their stock is again referred to a master and then there will be a collection to the extent of complainant's claim. The decree finds that Mr. Wm. Penn Nixon is not individually liable as a stockholder in the company and the bill is dismissed as to him. · · CIRCUIT. · · CHANCERY — JUDGE TULEY.
