CHICAGO INSULATING AFFAIRS.
Judge Tuley enetered a decree dissolving and closing up the business of the Chicago Insulating Company on a bill filed by the Leonard Glass Works. In June, 1886 the complainant recovered judgement in the Superior Court against the Chicago Insulating Company for [dollar:$7,476]. Some of the stockholders paid into court [dollar:$6,360.75] and there is now due complainant, including expenses of litigation, [dollar:$3,626.92]. Outside of liability of stockholders, the assets of the Insulating company does not exceed [dollar:$25]. The court finds that the following stockholders are liable on account of their stock for the sums mentioned: Thomas Sanford, [dollar:$245]; T. T. Olover, [dollar:$345]; H. Dwight, [dollar:$490]; John S. Williams, [dollar:$11,024.50]; A. E. Newbury, [dollar:$245]; Charles H. Colburn, [Dollar:$1,150]; F. P. Rosback, [dollar:$145]; William Richardson, [dollar:$490]; F. S. Basset, [dollar:$4,400]; O. M. Wells, [dollar:$130]; Susan R. Fay, [dollar:$490]; Wm. H. Sharp, [dollar:$1,200], and Henry W. Leman, [dollar:$340]. As to whether James P. Marsh and A. H. Hovey are liable on their stock is again referred to a master and then there will be a collection to the extent of complainant's claim. The decree finds that Mr. Wm. Penn Nixon is not individually liable as a stockholder in the company and the bill is dismissed as to him.
