TRADE TROUBLES.

MIDDLETOWN, N Y , April 23 - Medad T. Morse, merchant, lumberman and real estate owner in Sullivan county, has failed. Liabilities $120,000; assets nearly $100,000. The failure was caused mostly by the failure of Jacob Hermance and the Ellenville glass works.

Pincus A. Struseman, a heavy Middletown clothier, offers forty cents on the dollar.
