TRADE TROUBLES.

MIDDLETOWN, N Y , April 23 - Medad T. Morse, merchant, lumberman and real estate owner in Sullivan county, has failed. Liabilities [dollar:$120,000]; assets nearly [dollar:$100,000]. The failure was caused mostly by the failure of Jacob Hermance and the Ellenville glass works.

Pincus A. Struseman, a heavy Middletown clothier, offers forty cents on the dollar.
