A Marion Machine Opinion

Marion Chronicle Sept. 14.

The King City glass works, controlled by Wilson & McCulloch, resumed operations last night at 5 o'clock with a full force of hands.

For the last month and a half fire has been burning in the furnace, as the firm was experimenting with the blowing machine at this factory. Although nothing has been said either by the operators or the manager, it is thought the machine did not give satisfaction.

Although fire has not been started in the old Dillon factory, owned by the same firm, the glassworkers who are employed at this factory think that work will be commenced before the 15th of October.
