NEW HAMPSHIRE.

-- The stockholders of the Lyndeborough glass works voted, at their annual meeting on Saturday at Lyndeborough, to reduce their capital stock from $200,000 to $100,000, and to immediately rebuild the works burned a few weeks ago.
