PARTNERSHIP NOTICES. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. WE, SAMUEL O. LITTLE of Charlestown, SAMUEL OAKMAN of Somerville, and FREDERIC H. ODIORNE of Malden, all in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, hereby certify that we have tuesday formed a Limited Partnership according to the provisions of the fifty-fifth chapter of the General Statutes of said Commonwealth for the purpose of trading Coal, Wood, Lime, Sand and Cement, in the city of Boston in the County of Suffolk and Commonwealth aforesaid, under the name of S. O. LITTLE, to commence on the day of the date hereof and to terminate on the first day of June, A. D. 1868. Said Samuel O. Little is the general partner, and said Samuel Oakman and Frederic H. Odiorne are the special partners, and as such said Oakman and Odiorne have each contributed to the common stock of said partnership the sum of five thousand dollars in actual cash payment as capital.
